Frequently Asked Questions
How often will I get my box?
Depending on the subscription you choose you can get a box every quarter, or try a one-time box to start. We ship out the first week of every quarter.
Along with my plants, what does my box include?
Our starter boxes will include everything you need to properly acclimate and grow your TC plant including: an acclimation box, growing medium and tools. Our follow up Caring Grower and Pet-Friendly boxes will include a special gift or gifts each month to make growing your plants easier and more enjoyable. Finally, our VIP boxes will include just the plants themselves as most advanced growers will have their own preferred growing methods.
What if my plants arrive damaged?
Not a problem. Just send a photo of the damaged plant to customer service and we will send out a replacement ASAP.
Do the plants have a guarantee?
Yes! We have a no-stress guarantee on all products. If you don't love them, for any reason under the sun, you can ship your box back and we'll refund your subscription.
Can I pause or cancel my subscription?
Absolutely! You have complete control over your subscription so if you need a rush delivery you can request an interim pack (depending on availability), and if you have too much responsibility on your hands with your growing plant family, for a little while you can pause or indeed cancel your annual subscription (we will refund your subscription amount minus the full value of any received boxes), at any time.
What are the benefits of being a subscriber with Plants Parent?
We know plants, so you can be confidant that we will be offering the most in-demand varities that are so often subject to change throughout the year. While our VIP members will have exclusive access to the rarest and most in-demand plants, or Careful Growers will be gently introduced into the wonderful world of TC plants, and gently led throughout the process.
